Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ZAP was diagnosed according to the Consensus of Chinese Experts on herpes zoster Diagnosis and Treatment, and the medical records were complete; 2.VAS score > 3; 3.Patients with shingles on the neck, chest, and lumbar;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Long-term use of hormones; 2.Injection site infection; 3.Abnormal coagulation function; 4.Liver and kidney dysfunction; 5.Painful areas are associated with spinal tumors, fractures, and disc herniations; 6.Patients who do not cooperate and refuse treatment during the trial; 7.Lost visitor; 8.The patient refused to answer questions; 9.Local anesthetic toxicity occurred; 10.Pneumothorax, respiratory depressio; 11.Patients suffering from heart diseas; 12.respiratory disease;
