Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 20-80 years old, male or female; (2) Siewert type ?/? AEG confirmed by preoperative imaging and pathological biopsy; (3) tumor diameter <=4 cm; (4) Preoperative clinical stage: ct1-3N0-1M0; (5) no distant metastasis was found by preoperative chest X-ray, abdominal ultrasound or upper abdominal CT. (6) no contraindications to surgery; (7) Patients and their families voluntarily signed informed consent and participated in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with double primary tumors including gastric adenocarcinoma; (2) patients with severe chronic diseases or poor general conditions such as liver cirrhosis with massive ascites, insulin uncontrolled diabetes, heart, liver, lung, brain, kidney and other organ failure, coagulation dysfunction and cannot be corrected; (3) patients with immunodeficiency, immunosuppression or autoimmune diseases; (4) patients who refused to sign the informed consent form to participate in the study.
