Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Histologically confirmed glioblastoma, IDH 1/2 wild type, and MGMT promoter region was not methylated. 2.Maximum possible excision, including total or partial excision; 3.Those have received stupp regimen after surgery; 4.KPS >=70; 5.Expected survival >=3 months; 6.Concurrent chemoradiotherapy should be initiated no later than the 6th week after surgery; 7.Can complete magnetic resonance (MR) examination;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The tumor is located in the infratentorial or leptomeninge invasion; 2.Participated in other clinical trials; 3.Received electric field therapy;
