Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The total score of the Chinese Diabetes Risk Score Table is >= 25 points. 2.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.People who have been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus. 2.People who are taking drugs that affect glucose or insulin metabolism. 3.People with severe primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system. 4.People with mental illness or dementia and who cannot clearly describe their own symptoms. 5.People who are currently participating in an interventional trial that requires informed consent.
