Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>=65 years old; (2) In the absence of antihypertensive drugs, blood pressure was measured 3 times on the same day, with systolic blood pressure >= 140 and/or pulse pressure difference >=60mm Hg; (3) Patients who are anesthetized under general anesthesia; (4)Select the surgical department of our hospital from March 2022 to August 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe allergic reactions during surgery; (2) The patient does not understand the test method or refuses the test; (3) Patients with a history of psychiatric disorders such as affective disorders; (4) patients with high-risk surgery (such as cardiopulmonary bypass, aortic surgery, patients with intraoperative hypovolemic shock (HB<90g/L, patients requiring blood transfusion therapy), patients with cardiogenic shock, septic shock, and patients requiring circulatory support) ; (5) MMSE score <24, patients who cannot respond to complications and side effects due to delirium, dementia and cognitive impairment; (6) patients who cannot undergo brain monitoring during cephalofacial surgery; (7) other.
