Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) RSG patients who need surgery; (2) Get the informed consent of patients for examination and treatment; (3) Approved by the hospital ethics committee;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) refusing to participate in the research; (2) Goiter was proved to be malignant by pathology; (3) Lost patients.
