Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Select modern dance major university students who voluntarily agree to participate and have two years of dance training experience; (2)Possess full physical capabilities, without any sports-related diseases, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, etc.; (3)No muscle injuries. All experimental subjects must voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form to be eligible for this experiment. This experiment has been approved by the Ethics Review Committee of Guangzhou Sport University.
