Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 60 years old; 2) It meets the WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes in 1999; 3) The Frail assessment upon admission diagnosed frailty; 4) Conscious and unobstructed in communication, the patient voluntarily participated in this study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to cooperate in completing the assessment and follow-up due to various reasons (severe cognitive impairment, deafness, etc.); 2) Unable to cooperate with the assessment due to illness or physical activity disorders; 3) Various end-stage diseases, such as malignant tumors, severe heart failure, and multiple organ failure; 4) People with weakness caused by other types of primary diseases, such as AIDS.
