Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. Patients who needed conjunctival sac irrigation before cataract lens implantation in day ophthalmology department; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation of patients and their families

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients can not express, not cooperate or have special condition can not participate in; 2. anaphylaxis
