Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study plans to randomly select 7 hospitals from each of the 32 provinces/municipalities/autonomous regions across the country. First, hospitals will be stratified based on factors such as "tertiary A, tertiary B, and secondary A" and "general and specialized." Then, within each stratum, 2 tertiary A general hospitals, 1 tertiary A specialized hospital, 1 tertiary B general hospital, 1 tertiary B specialized hospital, 1 secondary A general hospital, and 1 secondary A specialized hospital will be randomly selected. All inpatients at the selected centers during the study period will be eligible for inclusion in the research.
