Group A (cosmetic suture method for distal tension reduction):When closing the incision, use the distant tension-reducing cosmetic suturing technique
Group B (conventional intradermal suture technique):When closing the incision, conventional intradermal suturing should be employed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient voluntarily participated in this study and signed an informed consent form; 1.Over 18 years old; 2.Diagnosed with a thyroid mass and scheduled to undergo open thyroid surgery with an arc-shaped incision in the anterior cervical midline, being a first-time surgical 3.Patient; 4.The subject has good compliance, is able to undergo treatment and follow-up, and voluntarily abides by the regulations of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who have previously undergone open thyroidectomy; 2.Individuals with uncontrolled severe medical conditions, such as comorbid serious medical diseases, including serious heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled infection, active gastrointestinal ulcer, etc.; 3.Patients with a confirmed history of scar constitution; 4.Patients who underwent lateral neck lymph node dissection with expanded incisions.
