Gold Standard:Composite criteria: Mycobacterium tuberculosis is detected in biological samples by any one of the methods including smear microscopy, culture and Xpert testing.
Index test:Xpert Ultra detection of tongue swabs, throat swabs and saliva.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Those who are suspected of having pulmonary tuberculosis based on clinical symptoms and the results of chest imaging examinations; obtain informed consent and provide samples as required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who have already received anti-tuberculosis drugs (including fluoroquinolones and gentamicin drugs) for more than three days; patients are unable to complete the collection and detection of all three types of specimens for various reasons.
