Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients receiving MV support in ICU Age > 18 years, expected duration of mechanical ventilation >24 hours, hemodynamically stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age <18 years old, pregnant, unable to undergo CAM-ICU assessment. Hearing impairment
