Interventions

Experimental group:After lobectomy and extended lymphadenectomy, only one pigtail catheter drainage is placed
Control group :After lobectomy and extended lymphadenectomy, two chest tubes were placed (one 24f chest tube + one pigtail catheter.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients aged =18 years; ? Thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer (lobectomy and extended lymphadenectomy); ? Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?. History of previous surgery on the same side of the lung; ?. Wedge resection, combined lobectomy, sleeve resection, surgical procedures; ?. Pregnant or lactating women; ?. Patients with incomplete medical records.
