Gold Standard:pathological diagnosis

Index test:Ultrasound, Sonazoid contrast-enhanced ultrasound, super-resolution ultrasound (using contrast-enhanced images for post-processing and data analysis), CT and/or MRI(if available)

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) At least 18 years old. 2) Can choose the means of diagnosis and treatment independently, and obtain the signed informed consent. 3) Lymph nodes can be confirmed pathologically or clinically.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant or lactating women. 2) Patients with contraindications for both Setron and Novi contra-ultrasound. 3) The target lymph node had undergone other treatments such as thermal ablation. 4) Patients with unstable clinical status, advanced disease or unpredictable clinical course.
