18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 18 years old; 2. Measurable lesions in the lungs on thin-section enhanced CT (longest diameter = 10mm); 3. Biopsy pathology confirms non-small cell lung cancer; 4. Genetic testing shows EGFR mutation; 5. Received first-line targeted therapy and developed resistance; 6. Received subsequent immunotherapy-based treatment; 7. Complete 1mm thin-section enhanced CT scans are available; 8. Images reconstructed using standard algorithms; 9. Complete clinical information is available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of other tumors; 2. Types of difficult to delineate lesions such as malignant pleural effusion; 3. Pathological confirmation contains other components except for small cell lung cancer.
