Gold Standard:Take the state of the anterior cruciate ligament observed during knee arthroplasty as the gold standard,and it is divided into 5 grades: Grade 1: The anterior cruciate ligament is still
Grade 2: The synovial part of the anterior cruciate ligament is damaged or disappeared
Grade 3: The fiber bundles are exposed and appear in bundles
Grade 4: The continuity of the fiber bundles exists, but there is a lack of strength when stretched
Grade 5: Part of the fiber bundles of the anterior cruciate ligament are ruptured or disappeared. Grades 4-5 indicate anterior cruciate ligament Deficiency.

50 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Between 50 and 85 years old, with no limitation on gender. 2.Having been previously diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis. 3.Having received knee arthroplasty treatment in the Second Department of Bone and Joint of Wangjing Hospital. 4.The preoperative symptom was localized pain in the medial compartment of the knee joint. 5.On the preoperative weight-bearing X-ray films of the lower extremities, the medial compartment of the knee joint was significantly narrowed compared to the lateral compartment, or even disappeared. 6.Medical record data is complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.With a history of trauma in the knee joint. 2.With a history of other surgeries on the knee joint. 3.Secondary knee arthritis, such as rheumatoid knee arthritis or infectious knee arthritis. 4.With a medial collateral ligament tear. 5.Medical record data is incomplete.
