Interventions

Control group:Multiple layers of gauze above a bandage roll were placed at the puncture site and wrapped with elastic bandage for pressure.
Experimental group:Wrapped with a homemade inflatable femoral artery hemostatic device, the depth of the compressor is such that the dorsalis pedis arterial pulsation is palpable

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Blood routine and coagulation function are within the normal range; 2. Successful puncture through the right femoral artery; 3. Be aware and cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe abnormal platelet count and abnormal coagulation function; 2. Abnormal liver and kidney function, severe arterial occlusion of lower limbs, deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs; 3. Multiple punctures of the femoral artery or implantation of medical devices; 4. Active stage of rheumatic diseases; 5. Pregnant women, lactating women, alcoholism, etc.
