Interventions

observation group:Use conventional gastric tube insertion length (45-55cm)

control group:The surgical patients in the experimental group used conventional gastric tube insertion length + 5cm tube length (50-60cm)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient is >60 years old; (2) The preoperative gastroscopy shows gastric cancer; (3) The gastroscopy is diagnosed as adenocarcinoma by biopsy; (4) The clinical data are complete

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People with mental illness in the past; (2) People with hearing impairment who cannot cooperate; (3) People with cervical spine diseases who cannot cooperate with bowing their heads; (4) Patients with esophageal and gastric varices; (5) People with tumor rupture and bleeding.
