18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the hospital for elective lumbar spine surgery from January 2024 to December 2025; 2. Age 18 to 80 years old; 3. Except for tumor patients; 4. Except for patients for whom mechanical prophylaxis is not recommended.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congestive heart failure, pulmonary edema;  2. IPC and GCS are not suitable for local abnormalities of the lower limbs, such as dermatitis, infection, gangrene, recent skin graft surgery, etc.; 3. New-onset DVT, thrombophlebitis; 4. Severe arteriosclerosis of lower limb blood vessels or other ischemic vascular disease, severe deformity of lower limbs, etc.; 5. Severe edema of the lower limbs
