Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the 4th National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases , and confirmed by CT or MRI (2) Age 18-75 years old (3) Shoulder joint mobility restriction and shoulder pain, and pain score >=3 points (4) The stroke was initial and stable, and the course of the disease was within 6 months (5) No cognitive impairment, family members and patients can actively cooperate with the examination and treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with shoulder pain caused by factors such as cervical spondylosis, periarthritis of shoulder, myocardial infarction or thalamic disease(2) Patients with serious mental illness or history of mental illness (3) The patient has other serious diseases (severe cardiac insufficiency, malignant tumor, bone and joint tuberculosis, fracture) (4) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding (5) Platelet dysfunction syndrome, severe coagulation dysfunction, sepsis, hypersplenism
