Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-term post cesarean section neonates, gestational age >=37 weeks, <42 weeks 2. Guardian informed consent 3. Mother and baby in the same room after birth, total enteral feeding
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neonates who are on antibiotics or need to be kept under observation or transferred to the neonatal ward due to birth asphyxia or other diseases; 2. Mothers with a history of alcohol consumption, smoking, illegal drug use during pregnancy or signs of infection such as prenatal fever, premature rupture of membranes >18h, chorioamnionitis, etc; 3. The mother has taken probiotic preparations within 1 month before delivery; 4. Incomplete important clinical data; 5. Guardians who withdraw midway or refuse to cooperate.
