Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) permanent residency in Guangzhou; (2) having at least one child aged 3 years or younger in the household.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Incomplete answers to the questionnaire; (2) Incorrect contact details and no follow-up was possible; (3) Onset of disease in infants and young children before follow-up.
