Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group 1: Control Group (Normal Skin Discarded During Emergency Debridement and Suturing Process) Inclusion criteria (meeting one of the following): 1. Patients with III-degree full-thickness wounds (full-thickness injury) resulting from trauma occurring within 6 hours. 2. Patients requiring full-thickness skin grafting. Group 2: Inflammatory Phase Group (Wound Skin Discarded During Debridement and Suturing Process) Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute trauma and III-degree full-thickness wounds (full-thickness injury) resulting from trauma occurring more than 12 hours, but within 72 hours. Group 3: Proliferative Phase Group (Wound Skin Discarded During Debridement and Suturing Process) Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute traumatic wounds exceeding 48 hours, requiring re-debridement and suturing of III-degree full-thickness wounds (full-thickness injury). Group 4: Maturation Phase Group (Scar Specimens Removed During Scar Excision Surgery) Inclusion criteria: Patients clinically diagnosed with scars and requiring surgical excision of the scar.
