experimental group:On the basis of conventional treatment, bifidobacterium triple live bacteria tablets were added for treatment, 3 tablets/ time, 2 times/ day, orally for 1 month (30 days)
control group:conventional treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are as follows: (1) Newly diagnosed UA patients undergo coronary angiography with a Gensini score >= 40; (2) Age between 45 and 75 years old; (3) Han ethnicity, without blood relationship; (4) Long term residence is relatively stable; (5) Regular lifestyle and dietary habits without significant changes; (6) Normal bowel movements, no recent diarrhea or constipation, no changes in bowel frequency or habits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were as follows: 1) History of diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage; 2) Severe liver disease, renal insufficiency, and malignant tumors; 3) Digestive system diseases; 4) Taking traditional Chinese medicine, formula milk powder, antibiotics, and other medications that may have affected the gut microbiota in the past few months; 5) Individuals with poor compliance and those currently participating in other clinical trials.
