Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: The definition of difficult bile duct stones is: 1. giant bile duct stones with a diameter greater than 1.5cm; 2. embedded or cast stones; 3. common bile duct stones with grade II intrahepatic bile duct stones; 4. previous ERCP stone retrieval failures requiring re ERCP stone retrieval; 5. Common bile duct stones accompanied by anatomical abnormalities (such as diverticulum in the ampulla, distal narrowing and angle formation of bile duct stones, etc.); All patients included in the observation were informed and voluntarily participated in the study
Exclusion criteria
