Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults (>=18 years old) without systemic diseases; 2.Patients with missing teeth in the maxillary molar area and a remaining alveolar ridge height of less than 5mm who require bilateral maxillary sinus floor elevation surgery; 3.Patients undergoing CBCT before, immediately after, and 6 months after surgery; 4.Agree to participate in clinical trials and sign the 'Informed Consent Form'.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Smokers (>10 cigarettes/day) or heavy drinkers; 2.Patients with a history of maxillofacial radiotherapy, injection of bisphosphonates, or treatment with denosumab; 3.Author who has had a heart attack in the past 6 months; 4.Those who cannot maintain oral hygiene despite oral hygiene guidance and have poor compliance; 5.Previously underwent implant placement or bone augmentation surgery at the current site.
