60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I to III; 2.Both men and women; 3. Aged 60 to 75 years old; 4. Years of education >= 8 years; 5. There was no abnormal liver or kidney function; 6. The patient is compliant, cooperative, and able to complete the required tests; 7. The patient and his/her family sign an informed consent form; 8. The patient has not participated in other clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe respiratory and circulatory diseases; 2. Cognitive impairment; 3. Trauma and craniocerebral surgery or history of cerebral infarction; 4. Has a history of severe drug allergy.
