16 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 16-25; 2.Frequency scores of the15-item Positive Subscale of Community Assessment of Psychic Experiences (CAPE-P15) in both waves>=1.57; 3.Cannot meet the diagnosis of psychiatric disorder in Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5); 4.Not currently receive any form of psychotherapy, psychotropic medication or physical therapy; 5.Sufficient understanding ability; 6.Provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Be combined with severe physical disease; 2.Have a history of coma or neurological disorders; 3.Have previously received cognitive behavioural therapy-related treatment; 4.Have previously received electroconvulsive therapy.
