Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are eligible for knee replacement surgery; 2.BMI 18-26; 3. Agree to accept this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood diseases (hemophilia, MDS, leukemia, etc.); 2. Patients with cognitive dysfunction who cannot cooperate with data collection; 3. Accompanied by serious underlying diseases, unable to tolerate surgery; 4. Those who refuse to participate in this study.
