Control group:No intervention
Intermittent fasting group:168 Principle of eating, in 24 hours a day, 8 hours to complete the day's diet, the remaining 16 hours to eat.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects of this study were college students. Inclusion criteria: 1) Age group of subjects was 17~25 years old; 2) Obese and overweight college students, that is, 23=BMI < 28 is overweight, BMI=28 is obese;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The ability to safely engage in sports as determined by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q); 4) Normal intelligence (Merriam-Webster Intelligence Test for Children >90) (Note: Excellent >120, excellent = 90-100, low = 70-89); 5) Normal or nearly normal vision, no color blindness; 6) No history of brain injury or mental illness; 7) International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) score < 1500 metabolic equivalent/week.
