Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consistent with sudden, unexplained sensorineural hearing loss occurring within 72 hours with >=20dBHL of hearing loss in at least two adjacent frequencies; 2. Age greater than or equal to 18 years old 3. No glucocorticoid medication was used within 1 week of onset; 4. No other infections or inflammatory diseases (e.g. gum inflammation, colds, fever, etc.); 5. No hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia; 6. No systemic autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclude large vestibular aqueduct syndrome, acoustic neuroma, auditory neuropathy and other deafness with clear etiology.
