Interventions

EspB group:The subject received a single injection of 0.25% ropivacaine, 30ml, at the T2 transverse process level under ultrasound guidance
Ibs group:The subject underwent a single 30 ml injection of 0.25% ropivacaine using an in-plane intermuscular groove puncture technique on the surgical side under ultrasound guidance.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of the American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I - II; Aged 18 to 60 years; Scheduled arthroscopic shoulder surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Evidence of coagulation dysfunction; Body mass index (BMI) less than 15 kg/m2 or greater than 30 kg/m2; Infection at the puncture site; Allergic to local anesthetics (LAs) or opioids; Surgical site infection (ESPB and ISB sides, corresponding to T2 level and neck); Patients with severe liver, renal, cardiovascular diseases, mental illness, or self-expression disorders;
