Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants must be volleyball athletes at or above the second-level standard; 2.Participants must have at least 2 years of resistance training experience; 3.Participants must have a squat-to-bodyweight ratio of 1.5 or higher; 4.Participants must be over 18 years old; 5.Participants must not have experienced any injuries or illnesses in the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Low compliance; (2) Injury, loss to follow-up, and withdrawal midway; (3) Failed to cooperate
