Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Experience in specialized training or resistance training >= 1 year; (2) Have participated in local basketball competitions and at least once in provincial and above university volleyball leagues; (3) Participate in at least 2 volleyball specific training sessions per week; (4) Within the six months prior to the experimental intervention, there was no history of lower limb orthopedic injuries, other lower limb injuries, or cardiovascular diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Low compliance; (2) Injury, loss to follow-up, and withdrawal midway; (3) Failed to cooperate
