Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18-75 years; 2.General anesthesia patients undergoing thyroidectomy or breast surgery; 3.Obtain informed consent from the patient or guardian;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant woman; 2.Patients with mental illness (including alcoholism, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, claustrophobia, or Parkinson's disease); 3.Patients with obvious language communication difficulties; 4.Patients with contraindications to dopamine use (including pheochromocytoma patients, peripheral occlusive vascular disease patients, uncontrolled tachyarrhythmia patients, etc.);
