18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adenomyosis was diagnosed according to clinical manifestations and MRI; 2. 18 to 55 years old, regular menstrual cycle (21 to 35 days); 3. The IUD has not been implanted in the past 3 years and the female/progesterone therapy has not been received within 3 ;months before this treatment, and GnRH-a therapy is to be performed for 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspected or confirmed gynecological malignancy; 2. Combined with genital tract malformations or pelvic inflammatory diseases; 3. Combined with thyroid dysfunction or polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); 4. Adenomyopathy was excluded by pathological examination after total hysterectomy or focal resection; 5. GnRH-a was not applied before operation.
