Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the normal group The growth indexes of the fetus measured by ultrasound were consistent with the gestational age, and no cardiac, internal and external abnormalities were found in the systematic ultrasound screening. Pregnant women do not have pregnancy complications such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, etc.; Postnatal follow-up confirmed that there was no pediatric cardiovascular disease. Inclusion criteria for the congenital heart disease group Prenatal echocardiography was used to diagnose fetal CHD, and fetal ultrasound consultation was performed to confirm whether there were other extracardiac malformations. Prenatal diagnosis confirmed by postnatal echocardiography, surgery, or post-induction autopsy. All enrolled cases clearly visualize fetal intracranial structures and accurately measure umbilical vein blood flow.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: twin/multiple pregnancies; fetal heart rhythm abnormalities; maternal diabetes mellitus; Severe intracranial malformations.
