Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female aged 18-65 with a history of sexual intercourse; Study group clinical manifestations: Continuous >3 months of symptoms of posterior pelvic dysfunction, including constipation, anal incontinence, etc. (can be accompanied by stress urinary incontinence, chronic pelvic pain, and pelvic prolapse, and show corresponding clinical symptoms). Control group: No symptoms of posterior pelvic dysfunction related to defecation, urination, etc., no previous auxiliary examination findings of posterior pelvic dysfunction. According to the Rome IV diagnostic criteria, defecation disorders include difficulty in defecation, a sense of incomplete defecation, obstruction at the anus, or the need for manual assistance in defecation, and these symptoms must exist in at least 25% of defecation experiences. Anal incontinence manifests as urgent incontinence (such as uncontrollable gas leakage) and passive incontinence (such as an inability to control flatus) and passive incontinence (such as an inability to perceive the passage of stool or flatus from the anus). Study participants have complete general clinical data (such as age, BMI, parity, mode of delivery, and history of previous pelvic surgery); Study participants who undergo pelvic ultrasound examination in our hospital's and have good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug-induced iatrogenic defecation disorders, anal incontinence and other symptoms of posterior pelvic dysfunction; Intestinal perforation, intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding; menstrual period or irregular vaginal bleeding; pregnant women and those with postpartum time less than 2 years; any large pelvic mass found by examination; patients with systemic diseases affecting pelvic function, such as heart, liver, renal insufficiency, cerebrovascular accident, spinal cord injury, etc.; those with mental illness or low education level could not accurately describe the condition of the disease, could not understand the purpose of the study and could not cooperate well with the examination.
