Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OSAHS population: 150 cases (1) Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with OSAHS by PSG; Age above 18 years old, male or female not limited; Right handed. Healthy population: 150 cases (1) Inclusion criteria: Age above 18 years old, male or female not limited; General good health condition; After PSG examination and evaluation using STOP Bang scale, snoring scale, Berlin scale, and exclusion of OSAHS after Epworth scale assessment; Right handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Having a history of drug abuse, drug use, and/or alcohol abuse within the 6 months prior to signing the informed consent form [i.e., males consuming more than 28 standard units of alcohol per week and females consuming more than 21 standard units of alcohol per week (where 1 standard unit equals 14 grams of alcohol, equivalent to 360 ml of beer, 45 ml of 40% alcohol liquor, or 150 ml of wine)], or frequent alcohol consumption within the 1 month prior to signing the informed consent form (consuming more than 14 standard units of alcohol per week); (2) Having a history of chronic systemic diseases such as untreated or poorly controlled diabetes and immune system disorders; having severe organ involvement (such as heart, lung, liver, kidney failure, severe infections, severe blood cell reduction, etc.) confirmed by laboratory tests; (3) Patients with contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging, such as metal implants or foreign objects in the body, or claustrophobia; (4) Having a history of head trauma, or neurological and psychiatric disorders caused by other factors, such as brain parenchymal lesions, central nervous system infections, epilepsy, etc.; (5) Asymptomatic but exhibiting significant intracranial abnormalities detected through routine imaging examinations; (6) Having taken other investigational drugs or participated in other clinical trials within the 3 months prior to enrollment in the study; (7) Other situations deemed unsuitable for participation in the trial by the researchers.
