Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years, any gender; 2.Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 3.Locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, AJCC 8th edition stage III-IVA; 4.Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score of 80-100; 5.Expected survival time >= 12 weeks; 6.Adequate bone marrow and organ function; 7.Absence of a second primary malignant tumor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lack of EB virus DNA after the first cycle of induction chemotherapy; 2.Pregnant or lactating female patients; 3.History of previous chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 4.Have undergone curative surgical treatment (excluding biopsy); 5.Presence of metastasis at the initial diagnosis.
