Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for STEMI: meet both the criteria of elevated cardiac troponin (cTn) exceeding the upper limit of the normal reference value and new ischemic electrocardiogram changes with ST segment elevation. The criteria for ST segment elevation are as follows: a new ST segment elevation at the J point in two adjacent leads, with V2-V3 leads >=2.5 mm (male, =2.0 mm (male, >=40 years old); >= 1.5 mm (women, regardless of age); Other leads >=1.0 mm; 2.Attend within 24 hours of the onset of symptoms; 3.Receive primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age <18 years old; 2.Severe valvular heart disease; 3.Unstable hemodynamics requiring mechanical circulatory supports, such as IABP or ECMO; 4.Previous history of HF or MI; 5.Severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 6.Severe infection, systemic inflammatory disease, or autoimmune disease; 7.Pregnant or lactating women; 8.Refused to sign the informed consent;
