Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=18 years; 2. after the first lower limb Ilizarov surgery; 3. Ilizarov surgery of the lower extremities within < 6 months; 4. The patient or his/her primary caregiver is proficient in the use of a smartphone and has the conditions to use the Internet.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have walking impairment before and after Ilizarov surgery on the lower limbs; 2. Those who are cognitively impaired and unable to understand will be scored by the Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination (BDAE) <2; 3. Those who cannot control hypertension; 4. Those who are unable to complete the questionnaire; 5. Those who cannot complete cardiopulmonary diseases; 6. Those who have not signed a written consent; 7. Participants in other researchers; 8. Pregnant.
