Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal surgery under elective general anesthesia from December 2024 to December 2025, aged >= 65 years, with an expected operation time of more than 2 hours, ASA grade I-III, and patients diagnosed with LVDD by preoperative cardiac ultrasound, were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI >30kg/m^2, history of pulmonary or upper respiratory tract infection in the past two weeks, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease requiring oxygen, lung cancer, history of thoracic surgery, thoracic deformity, pneumothorax, large pleural effusion, pulmonary bullae, combined with severe liver and kidney insufficiency (serum creatinine concentration >186umol/L, bilirubin concentration >20umol/L or albumin concentration <30g/L), neuromuscular dysfunction, severe valvular disease, LVEF <50%, postoperative plan not to extubate, serious complications such as massive bleeding, anaphylactic shock, embolism and so on.
