Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 to 75 years old; 2.ASA I~II; 3.Gender is not limited; 4.Pain VAS score >=4; 5.Pain duration >= 3 months; 6.MRI imaging findings suggesting no secondary causes such as tumors or bleeding;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of allergy to perioperative medications such as local anesthetics; (2) Pregnancy or severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease; (3) Suspected infection (signs + laboratory tests); (4) Infection at the puncture site; (5) Concomitant intracranial tumors and other occupations that require surgical intervention; (6) Inability to cooperate with the procedure, such as severe psychiatric disorders; (7) Hemorrhagic and coagulant dysfunctions; (8) patients who underwent microvascular decompression surgery.
