A Group:The puncture needle is inserted via the middle approach of the sternocleidomastoid muscle.
B Group :The puncture needle is inserted via the posterior approach of the sternocleidomastoid muscle.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 18 years or older with insomnia, tinnitus, and pain; 2)Body mass index (BMI) 18 kg/m^2~24 kg/m^2; 3)No recent history of radiotherapy, neck surgery or trauma;4) No trauma or infection at the puncture site;5)agree to participate and obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neck surgery, bleeding disorders or other contraindications to puncture, sick sinus syndrome, severe sinus bradycardia (= class III), lung, liver (Child-Pugh class C), renal dysfunction (preoperative dialysis), neuropathy or myopathy, patients with preoperative comorbidities such as severe circulatory and respiratory diseases, diaphragmatic surgery.
