60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients (age >=60 years); 2. Selective surgery under spinal anesthesia for hip fracture; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I-III; 4. Expected hospital stay >=7 days; 5. Both patients and their families are informed and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe visual and hearing impairments; 2. Dementia, delirium or other severe psychological disorders and personality disorders; 3. Severe neurological and muscular disorders (such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, multiple sclerosis, idiopathic inflammatory myopathies, etc.); 4. Severe drug dependence, addiction, or alcoholism; 5. Significant organ or system dysfunction.
