Ethanol ablation group:The patients in this group were treated with ethanol ablation
Combination group:The patients in this group were treated with ethanol combined with microwave ablation.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cystic thyroid nodules (cystic component > 90%), the maximum diameter of nodules > 3 cm; 2. Patients refused surgical treatment; 3. Compression symptoms caused by thyroid nodules or cosmetic problems; 4. Serum thyroid hormone, thyrotropin and calcitonin levels are normal; 5. WIithout heart, lung, brain, kidney and coagulation system diseases, anesthesia contraindication and surgical contraindications; 6. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The nodules showed malignant ultrasonic signs (i.e., aspect ratio > 1, burr sign, obvious hypoechoic, small or large calcification). 2. Patients with anhydrous alcohol allergy and preoperative thyroid dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction ; 3. Under the age of 18; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.
