Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient was diagnosed with hypertension for the first time; (2) Those who meet the above Western medical diagnostic criteria for initial diagnosis of hypertension grade 1; (3) Age between 18-75 years old, male or female; (4) Those who have not returned to normal blood pressure level after lifestyle intervention for more than 3 months, and have not taken antihypertensive drugs regularly; (5) Signed an informed consent form and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with secondary hypertension; (2) Those who have participated or are participating in other clinical trials within the last 3 months; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) complicated with serious primary or secondary diseases such as heart, brain, liver and kidney; (5) People suffering from serious mental illness, mental abnormalities, etc., who cannot communicate effectively; (6) Allergic constitution and allergy to multiple drugs; (7) Participants who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within the last three months.
