Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with hemophilia: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for hemophilia A or hemophilia B. (According to the criteria of the Hemophilia Clinical Guidelines2022: the diagnosis can be confirmed by the patient's clinical manifestations of onset since childhood, recurrent severe hemorrhages, especially in the joints, combined with laboratory tests for FVIII factor activity or FIX factor activity and antigenic decline with mutations in the FVIII gene). 2) Age greater than 18 years 3) Male Healthy population: 1) Aged > 18 years 2) Male
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Missing data 2) Unable to provide informed consent 3) Age less than 18 years 4) Female 5) History of other genetic diseases
